As the Program Manager for Marygrove Conservancy, Turkessa Baldridge supports a range of programs, campus operations, community development, businesses, and nonprofits.
Turkessa earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Previously, she served as an Analyst for the State of Michigan Department of Energy, Labor, and Economic Growth. As an Analyst, she managed grant funds, worked to redesign, and integrate state online systems, and played a key role in the Automotive Recovery Task Force. She has also held positions in finance and administration for educational and nonprofit organizations. An advocate for affordable and accessible health care, she served as a board member of Covenant Community Care from 2018 – 2021. Turkessa is a servant leader with a passion to see others grow and succeed with intentional integrity.
